The remote solution allows you to benefit from the full hi-impact team as well as the reassurance that if something should require attention, a member of the team can be on-site to resolve the issue.
How does it work?
With the remote support solution and the daily support you will receive from the remote team, you also receive a number of callouts per year when requested.
This allows the team to be able to solve any on-site emergencies that warrant physical support. Additional callouts can be purchased easily should you require them.

The Remote Support Process
1. Initial Consultation: During the initial consultation, we assess your school’s IT needs and goals to create a tailored support package ensuring seamless operations and maximising the potential of technology in education.
2. IT Audit: hi-impact’s IT Audits ensure the health and reliability of the school’s entire IT network. The technical team conduct a thorough review of all systems, software and infrastructure offering comprehensive recommendations for advancing the school’s IT capabilities.
3. Serverless/hi-impact network install: When it comes to the school server, if all is fine, then the school will move straight to the launch of remote support. However, options such as serverless solutions and a hi-impact full network install will be discussed.
4. Remote Support: Your remote support team will be on hand to guide you through this process. You will have access to the helpdesk and ticketing systems and all of the daily checks and management of your school will begin immediately.
