hi-impact are excited to welcome their latest staff member, Laura, to the team as ‘Head of Personnel’

Laura came to us having worked within the facilities management sector for a number of years. Her career journey has allowed her to complete CIPD Level 3 and 5 and to put theory she had learnt into practical situations which were both challenging and rewarding. Working to a high standard within the HR Department has allowed successful audits and retention of staff, expanding her knowledge of HR practices and working to goals which benefited the company.

Laura has spent her first few weeks shadowing staff members in order to learn about the variety of positions within the team. She says ‘My first two weeks at hi-impact have been really interesting and a breath of fresh air with regards to how employees are valued and all have an employee voice. I have found all the team really welcoming and encouraging to myself and existing staff members. I am looking forward to supporting the team at hi-impact and working alongside such an enthusiastic professional team.’

Managing Director, Alan Thompson, says ‘We are thrilled to be joined by Laura in her new role of ‘Head of Personnel’. She will be working with all of the staff within the company and I am certain that, with her knowledge and experience, she will add another layer of success to the hi-impact team.’
